► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Strength + Cardio Circuits
3 Strength Moves Per Circuit (Legs, Arms, Core) and 2 Cardio Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (40/20 for Strength and 20/10 for Cardio)
Repeat Both Strength and Cardio Circuits x 2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE:
1) LEGS: Deadlift Clean Squat
2) ARMS: Stack on Curl + Press
3) CORE: Squat Chop + Alt Knee Crunch

CARDIO:
1) Lateral Push + Squat Jump
2) 4 Mountain Climbers + 1 Pop Squat

CIRCUIT TWO:
1) LEGS: Reverse Lunge + Lateral Lunge R/L
2) ARMS: Push Up + Plank Walk + Single Arm Row R/L
3) CORE: Dumbbell Sit Up

CARDIO:
1) Lunge Drops
2) Lateral Shuffle

CIRCUIT THREE:
1) LEGS: Single Leg Dumbbell Glute Bridge R/L
2) ARMS + CORE: Skull Crushers + Leg Lowers

CARDIO:
1) Burpees
2) Loaded Squat Jacks
