1 Minute "Power Minute" Between Circuits

CIRCUIT ONE:
1) LEGS: Wide/Narrow Squat
2) ARMS: Single Arm Curl Press + Isometric Hold R/L
3) ABS: Step Through Chop R/L
Repeat X2
1 MINUTE POWER MOVE:
30 Sec: Snatch + Single Arm Squat Thruster Right
30 Sec: Snatch + Single Arm Squat Thruster Left

1) LEGS: Bulgarian Lunge R/L
2) ARMS: Tricep Dips
3) ABS: Incline Plank + 5 Single Arm Back Rows + Switch
