There are 4 Tabata supersets in this workout, with options for high impact or low impact Tabata exercises (modifications for ALL levels).

This is a quick and intense bodyweight Tabata workout to raise your heart rate and burn calories. If you give your max effort, it will kick your butt every time (literally this one left our butts sore for a couple days)!

THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Tabata Workout

► EQUIPMENT: No equipment, just your bodyweight.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Tabata Circuits (one bodyweight Tabata exercise per circuit)
Timed Intervals, Tabata-Style (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
Repeat the Same Exercises x8 Sets (4 minutes of work)
Core Burnout (complete a 40-second core burnout exercise at the end of each circuit, then rest for 20 seconds before moving onto the next Tabata circuit)

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ TABATA ONE:
Squat Jacks (MOD: Squat Heel Taps)
x8 sets
Core Burnout: Squat Hold Burpee

2⃣ TABATA TWO:
Push Up Plank Jack (MOD: Kneeling or Incline Push Up + Toe Taps)
x8 sets
Core Burnout: Superman Rear Flys (or Bird Dog)

3⃣ TABATA THREE:
Lunge Jumps (MOD: Step Back Lunges or 2-Pulse Lunge Jumps)
x8 sets
Core Burnout: Army Crawl + 2 Knee Drives (or Modified Army Crawl)

4⃣ TABATA FOUR:
Lateral Squat Jumps/Bounds
x8 sets
Core Burnout: Low Plank Dolphin
