THE WORKOUT: 30-MINUTE BODYWEIGHT HIIT (Advanced HIIT with Beginner Modifications)
► EQUIPMENT: None! Just your bodyweight. But I do suggest adding a chair or a bench for beginner/pregnancy modifications.
► INSTRUCTIONS: We call this the DIRTY 30 format -- 30 seconds per exercise, 15 second rests -- It's quick but challenging!!
3 Full Body Circuits
3 Moves Per Circuit
30 Seconds Per Exercise, 15 Seconds Rest
Repeat Each Circuit X3 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. 2 Pulse Squat + 2 Squat Jacks
2. 2 Push Ups + 2 Plank Jacks
3. 1 Burpee + 2 Loaded Squat Jacks
Repeat X3
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Lunge Hold + Front Calf Raise Runner, R/L/Chair Squat Hold
2. Plyo Lunges, R/L/Squat Jumps
3. Side Plank Hold + Crunch, R/L/Plank Knee Pulls
Repeat X3
3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Lateral Lunge + 2 High Knees, R/L/Heisman Runner
2. Plank Army Crawl
3. 2 Lateral Bounds + 1 Burpee Push Up
Repeat X3
BONUS ROUND:
10 Squat Jumps
10 Push Ups
1 Minute Plank Hold
10 Burpees
