► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
11 Full Body Exercises
Perform each exercise for 50 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest (1 minute madness).
No Repeats, so you only perform each exercise once.

►Workout Outline:
1. Banded Pause Squat + Single Leg Abduction
2. Banded Lateral Walk
3. Plank Shoulder, Shoulder, Toe, Toe Taps
4. Banded Glute Bridge
5. Push Up + Hand Tap Out
6. Lateral Lunge + 2 High Knees RIGHT
7. Single Leg Deadlift + Band Row RIGHT
8. 4 Lat Pull Downs w/ Band + 1 Burpee
9. Lateral Lunge + 2 High Knees LEFT
10. Single Leg Deadlift + Band Row LEFT
11. Opposite Hand to Toe Crunch
