► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells. Option to add a mini loop resistance band as well.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits + Bonus Burnout Circuit
4 Moves Per Circuit - Arms, Legs, Abs + Core and Cardio
Timed Intervals (40 Seconds Per Exercise, 20 Second Rest Between Movements)
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:

1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Biceps + Shoulders + Squats
Arms: 3 Hammer Curls + 3 Push Press
Legs: 1 Dumbbell Squat + Press Out + Squat Thruster
Core: Banded Donkey Kicks
Cardio: 3 Fast Feet + 1 Burpee
X2 Sets

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Chest + Triceps + Lunges
Arms: Overhead Triceps
Legs: Reverse Lunges + Lateral Lunge
Core: Push Up + 2 Knee Drives
Cardio: Lateral Heisman Runner
X 2 Sets

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Back + Deadlifts
Arms: 3 Single Arm Rows / 3 Count Row Hold
Legs: Staggered Rotational Deadlift
Core: Overhead Pull + Leg Lower + Toe Touch
Cardio: Towel Slams
X 2 Sets
