► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells. Option to add a mini loop resistance band as well.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits, 2-3 Moves Per Circuit (Legs, Arms, Combo)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets
Core + Power Challenge After Each Circuit

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT 1⃣ : Squats + Back + Shoulders
1. Squats or Banded Squat
2. Single Arm Row + Clean + Press
3. Squat + Pivot Press
X 3 Sets
Core + Power
1. Push Up + Lateral Plank Walk
2. Banded Lateral Squat Pushes
X 2 Sets

CIRCUIT 2⃣: Deadlifts/Bridges + Biceps + Triceps
1. Staggered Deadlift + Lateral Lunge
2. Bicep Curls
3. Glute Bridge + Skull Crushers
X 3 Sets
Core + Power:
1. Launcher Plank + DB Drag
2. Snatches
X 2 Sets

CIRCUIT 3⃣: Hips + Glutes + Chest + Core
1. Chest Press + Dead Bug
2. Advanced Clam
X 2 Sets
Core + Power:
5 second plank hold + 1 DB Burpee
