THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Strength + Kickboxing Workout

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Set of Dumbbells for Strength Circuits. Optional Light Hand-Weights To Add A Challenge To Your Kickboxing Circuits.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits
Each Circuit Has A 6 Minute Strength Block + 2-3 Minute Cardio Kickboxing Block
Timed Intervals for Strength Moves (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest) x 2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE:
1) Squat + Alternating Overhead Press
2) Lateral Squat + Single Arm Row + Handswitch
3) V-Forward Alternating Lunge + Bicep Curl
Repeat x2
2 Minutes of No Repeat Cardio Kickboxing (Option to add light weights to this sequence)

CIRCUIT TWO:
1) 2 Staggered Front/Back Squats + 2 Overhead Triceps
2) Push Up + Dumbbell Drag
3) Single Leg Glute Bridge + Single Arm Chest Press + 1 Dumbbell Pull Over R/L
Repeat x2
2 Minutes of No Repeat Cardio Kickboxing (no weights for this sequence)

CIRCUIT THREE:
1) Deadlift + Clean + Pivot Squat
2) Woman Maker (push up, row, dumbbell burpee)
Repeat x1

BONUS CORE SEQUENCE:
1) Side Plank Dumbbell Pick Up + Punch, Right
2) Dead Bug + 2 Punches
3) Side Plank Dumbbell Pick Up + Punch, Left
