► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
8 Full Body Exercises
2 Superset Circuits (4 exercises per circuit)
Time Drop Format (set one is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest; set two is 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; set three is 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
Repeat Each Superset x3 Sets

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE: (2 Dumbbells)
1. 2 Side-to-Side Squat + Cleans AND 2 Push Press
2. Staggered Deadlift + 2 Back Rows + Clean + Switch Stance
3. Alternating Pendulum Lunge + Bicep Curl at Top
4. Dumbbell Burpee w/ Stack On Push Up
X3 Sets

CIRCUIT TWO: (1 Dumbbell)
1. Squat + Chop to Opposite Shoulder + Tap
2. 2 Dumbbell Swings + 2 Alternating Lateral Lunges
3. Lateral Shuffle Hit + 2 Alternating Arm Snatches
4. Stack On Skull Crushers + 2 Seated Twist
X 3 Sets
