2 Circuits
4 Strength Moves Per Circuit (alternating lower body and upper body) and 2 Cardio Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (40/20 for Strength and 20/10 for Cardio)
Repeat Both Strength + Cardio Circuits x 2 Sets

1. Banded Tempo Squat to Pause Squat
2. 3 Alternating Shoulder Press + 3 Overhead March
3. Tempo Lunge + Knee Drive to Pause Lunge, R/L
