THE WORKOUT: 40-Minute Strength + Cardio Kickboxing

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. AND optional light hand weights if you want an extra challenge during the kickboxing circuits.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits
6 Minutes of Strength Training (3 exercises 40/20 x 2 sets)
2-3 Minutes of Cardio Kickboxing (no repeats)

►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE:
1) Squat + Alternating Press Overhead
2) 2 Back Rows + Clean + 2 Split Lunges
3) Lateral Squat + Front Raise
Repeat x2

2-3 MIN KICKBOXING CIRCUIT ONE (optional light weights)

CIRCUIT TWO:
1) Alternating Staggered Stance Deadlift + Bicep Curl
2) Dumbbell Snatch + Stack On Squat Thruster R/L
3) Stack on Push Up + Plank Walk + Row R/L
Repeat x2

2-3 MIN KICKBOXING CIRCUIT TWO

CIRCUIT THREE:
1) Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold + Skull Crushers R/L
2) Sit Up + 2 Jabs Right Then Left // Stay Seated ½ sit back
Repeat x2

2-3 MIN KICKBOXING CIRCUIT THREE CORE (optional light weights)
