THE WORKOUT: 40-Minute STRENGTH CIRCUITS + KICKBOXING AT HOME
► EQUIPMENT: Medium to heavy set of dumbbells. We're using 15 and 20 lbs here!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the strength and kickboxing class above. I'll coach you through the entire workout, providing form cues, motivation and modifications along the way.
It looks like this:
2 Strength Circuits
One Lower Body Focused Strength Circuit
One Upper Body Focused Strength Circuit
3 Moves Per Circuit (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest per exercise; repeat each circuit x2 sets).
2 Kickboxing Circuits
One Lower Body Focused Kickboxing Circuit
One Upper Body Focused Kickboxing Circuit
A Variety of Sequenced Combos In Each Kickboxing Circuit (flowing directly from one move to the next; no repeats).

1⃣ STRENGTH CIRCUIT ONE: LEGS
1) Hinge Swing Squat Thruster, R/L
2) Deadlift + Lateral Lunge, R/L
3) Lunge Hold + Dumbbell Press, R/L
2⃣ KICKBOXING CIRCUIT ONE: LOWER BODY FOCUSED
1) Side Kick Series
2) Rear Kick Series
3) Front Kick Series
3⃣ STRENGTH CIRCUIT TWO: ARMS
1) 20 Seconds Reverse Grip Back Rows + 20 Seconds ½ Bicep Curls
2) 20 Seconds Push Ups + 20 Seconds Kneeling Shoulder Press
3) Skull Crushers
4⃣ KICKBOXING CIRCUIT TWO: UPPER BODY FOCUSED
