This plan is a combination of some NML classic workouts AND brand new workouts going live over the course of the challenge! Note: the links for the new workouts on the calendar PDF won't work yet - they'll start working when the workouts go live!
AND @therealfooddietitians created an AMAZING 4-Week Healthy Meal Plan to go with this workout challenge!
START DATE: I'll be starting ππππ ππππππ, June 5th.
You can start whenever, even better if you grab a friend to start with you (just noting that the new workouts will not be live yet!).
FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate to Advanced.
This plan is intense but scalable for ALL FITNESS LEVELSβ£ (modifications are offered in the daily workout videos).
