THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Build and Burn Workout (Cardio and Strength)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium to Heavy Set of Dumbbells

► INSTRUCTIONS:
2 Circuits (Strength + Cardio)
6 Moves Per Circuit
Timed Intervals (40/10 for the strength exercises and 30/10 for the cardio exercises)
Repeating Each Exercise x 2 Sets Back-to-Back
► Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE - STRENGTH:
1. Uneven Rack Squat + Curl + Press R/L
2. Staggered Deadlift + Lateral Lunge R/L
3. Stack On Push Up + Row R/L
4. Glute Bridge + Skull Crushers
5. 2 Bicep Curls + 2 Lateral Squat Thrusters
6. Lunge + Rotate
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO - CARDIO:
1. Lunge Drops
2. 4 Climbers + Lateral Plank Walk
3. 1 Burpee + 2 Squat Jacks
4. Skaters
5. Fast Feet Runs On/Off Mat
6. Lateral Push + Squat Jump
BONUS: Burpees (30 Seconds)
