FITNESS LEVEL: Beginner to Advanced.
The plan is scalable for ALL FITNESS LEVELSโฃ (modifications are offered in the daily workout videos).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
A set of dumbbells. Option to add a mini loop resistance band.

6 Days A Week (with 1-2 rest days a week)

NOTE: This plan is a combination of some NML classic workouts AND brand new workouts going live over the course of the challenge! So the links for the new workouts on the calendar PDF wonโ€™t work yet (day one, three and nine) - theyโ€™ll start working when the workouts go live!
