FITNESS LEVEL: Beginner to Advanced.
The plan is scalable for ALL FITNESS LEVELSโฃ (modifications are offered in the daily workout videos).

A set of dumbbells. Option to add a mini loop resistance band.

NOTE: This plan is a combination of some NML classic workouts AND brand new workouts going live over the course of the challenge! So the links for the new workouts on the calendar PDF wonโt work yet (day one, three and nine) - theyโll start working when the workouts go live!
