Many women are nervous that their baby's head won't fit through their pelvis. Especially if they have been told their baby is "big" or they have gestational diabetes. However, it's very rare that a baby actually wouldn't fit. I often talk about how the mothers body adapts (with the hormone relaxin and pelvic biomechanics), but your baby also adapts!
