Barre is a fusion of ballet inspired moves mixed with Yoga and Pilates.

In this video I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant, but this class is designed for all trimesters of pregnancy.

This video is a fantastic workout, especially for your booty and legs! I hobbled around like an 80 year old for 2 days after ;)
