Today we are doing a TOTAL BODY STRETCH in just 5 minutes! This is great for a cool-down after a workout when you don't have a lot of time, but want to get that FULL BODY STRETCH feeling! This is intermediate level as it combines stretching moves to be the most efficient. I have provided modifications to make it safe for both pregnancy and postpartum. If you are pregnant be mindful to only gently stretch to not get injured. With the extra relaxin hormone during pregnancy (and for several weeks after) we want to be extra careful. We aren't trying to gain flexibility during pregnancy.
