I get a lot of feedback that postnatal workouts for diastasis recti don't actually feel like a good workout. I wanted to put together a good workout that was also safe for your core after pregnancy. I provide modifications for if you are newly postpartum (after you are cleared for exercise by your doctor) or more advanced options for moms at any stage.
