Today we are doing after c-section exercises or 17-min postpartum workout designed for c-section recovery. We'll start with some gentle core c-section exercises on the mat then stand up for some low-impact safe cardio to get some feel-good endorphins circulating. You will want to wait until you have clearance at 6-8 weeks post c-section. Remember to be kind and gentle to yourself. A c-section in a major surgery so go slow. Exercises and stretches should not ever be painful.
