With Baby Led Weaning there is no particular order in which you have to introduce new
foods. People eat a wide variety of foods all around the world and you can start with foods you enjoy as a family (in safe textures and size sizes)
You don't need to get stuck on only avocado, banana, carrots, and sweet
potato. Ensure to include iron rich sources and the potential allergenic foods (unless you have been advised not to).
KEY POINTS:
-Give safe squishable textures and finger-sized foods to start! Ensure they aren't slippery
-Rotate different foods groups every day to start
-Different nonallergenic food can be given every day
-Introduce allergens 2-3x every 3 or 4 days before introducing a new one
