Today's workout is short, but effective! We will do a full body postpartum workout in 15-minutes! Great for toning the entire body for a fit postpartum body! For the second half of the workout I use a chair, however, if you don't have one I give alternatives. Use the modifications for diastasis recti or post c-section. I also provide advanced options if it's safe for you or if you are working out with a partner or friend!
