Today is the very last day of my postpartum strength challenge! We will finish off strong with a full body postpartum dumbbell workout! I used 10 lbs dumbbells, but a bag of books or filled water bottles would also work great. If you have diastasis recti then you can do it without any weights at all or light enough that you don't get any coning or doming down your midline. Here is the entire challenge: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRuFBUMIEg8Bc26jIOrfucRCHqiZ1tos3
