Before you can interpret an ECG / EKG rhythm, you must know what is normal. Therefore, you'll want to know about normal sinus rhythm.

Normal sinus rhythm originates from the sinoatrial node (SA node), which is where it gets is name (sinus). It has a normal rate of 60-100 bpm, and a regular rhythm.
