The brachialis muscle anatomy review: The brachialis muscle is a muscle located in the anterior aspect of the arm. It is found under the biceps brachii, and because it is hidden by it, it doesn't receive as much attention.

Nevertheless, the brachialis muscle is an important muscle to develop if you want bigger arms.

The brachialis originates from the anterior surface of the humerus, toward the lower half, and it inserts onto the ulna at the ulnar tuberosity and coranoid process of the ulna.

The main action is elbow flexion (also called forearm flexion), and it is innervated via the musculocutaneous nerve and the radial nerve.
