As nurses, what are we going to do for patients experiencing fluid volume overload? We want to "DRAIN" the fluid:

"D" stands for diuretics. "R" stands for restrict fluids / salt. "A" stands for assess daily weights. "I" stands for intake / output strict measurements, and "N" stands for Na (sodium) levels monitored.
