Do you have high blood pressure at the doctor's office but a normal blood pressure at home? So do I.

I apparently suffer from "White Coat Syndrome," also called White Coat Hypertension.

What is White Coat Hypertension? This is where you have completely normal, healthy blood pressure when you measure it at home or in a relaxed environment, but when measured at a stressful environment (such as a doctor's office), you see a jump in your blood pressure numbers to hypertensive levels.

I discovered I had this after multiple doctor visits this year, with my numbers always reading to elevated or hypertensive blood pressure levels, despite really good blood pressure readings at home.
