In this 3D animated video, I examine the most common early symptoms and risk factors of lung cancer and why screening is so important.

The most common symptom of lung cancer is a cough that doesn't go away or gets worse, coughing up blood, respiratory infections, spontaneous smoking cessation, and chest pain.

Although not everyone with lung cancer ((non-)small cell carcinoma) develops these symptoms, these are the symptoms most likely to appear before the disease spreads and becomes more serious.
