It can be pretty tough to find a routine that is doable that you can stick to and stay motivated throughout pregnancy. That is why I created this full body workout you can follow along to in the comfort of your home! Perfect for the 2nd & 3rd trimester. Workout at your own pace and try to keep your heart rate at or below around 130 if you can. Do this workout 3-4 times a week.

Of course diet plays a huge role in making sure that you are staying lean while you grow a tiny human. Make sure you are eating nutrient dense foods like leafy greens and lean protein (from lean meats or even plant-based like me) to stave off any extra pounds that are unnecessary to the growth of your baby. I would suggest doing this workout every other day or every third day to see consistent results throughout your pregnancy! If you find that it is getting easy, add a little more weight or increase the time you spend in the active phase of the exercises.
