It is so important to stay active throughout your pregnancy, to decrease the risk of gestational diabetes, to decrease excess weight gain, and just to feel better in general! The third trimester is super tough, as symptoms from the first trimester can creep back in, and as the baby gets heavier by the day!

Todays workout is designed to be simple (with 7 exercises) but also a little bit challenging to get that heart rate up, burn some calories, and break a sweat.
