Who says you need equipment or a large space to do a workout? This 10 Minute hotel arms workout will prove the opposite; that you can also get a quick workout on to elevate your mood and boost digestion even while you are away from home.

This arms workout requires no equipment at all and will have your arms burning but feeling oh so good all day long. You are going to finish this 10 minute workout feeling so good that you did something for yourself, that you got up and got it done!

That is my goal for this 10 minute hotel hiit workout series. You feel empowered to take care of yourself no matter where you are and what limited time you may have available to you whether you are on a family vacation or simply away for a work trip!

All of the exercises in this workout are standing (so there is no need for a yoga mat of any sorts), and this workout is friendly for all levels of fitness!
