Dumbbell Cardio HIIT Workout | at Home | Under 25 Mins
Hello everyone!
I hope you all doing well and keeping positive!
Today’s video is a follow along timed full body workout with a pair of dumbbells!
This will involve working your shoulders, back, chest, legs, your core throughout to give you a solid full body workout. This will require pacing yourself to an extent, to treat each aspect individually and using your body awareness and coordination!
The workout is as follows:
Part 1:
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest in between for 3 rounds before moving to next exercise.
Renegade row to push up
Curl to plank
High Squat
Shoulder press/push press
One minute rest once you complete all of above before combining all movements for a complex lasting 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest for 10 rounds!
Finish with 30 seconds bodyweight push up burpees!
Please change this workout to your ability and/or the weights you have access to. You could for example minus the renegade row if too heavy or if too light in weight complete 5 reps of press at top!
