20 Minute HIIT | Full Body Workout with No Equipment

This workout is perfect for when you want to up your intensity. I would suggest incorporating high intensity training of some sort at least once per week into your training routine.....I feel I gain so much from this.

Aside from the obvious physical and health benefits, studies have shown the endorphins released during HIIT are considerably higher versus low intensity! And I can confirm the feeling after completing workouts such as this is simply the best! You have pushed your body and mind and you should be proud of yourself!

The workout and timing is as follows, however there are indicators on the screen of time and exercise name throughout:

Crouch hops x 5 to plank
Mountain climbers
REST
squat jumps in and out (3 widths)
Squat pulses
REST
Lunge front foot high
Lunge pulses
REST
Lunge front foot high
Lunge pulses
REST
Gorilla push ups
Gorilla push ups pulses
REST
Straight leg abs
Knee drive pulses
REST
Straight leg abs
Knee drive pulses

The first exercise is 30 seconds, followed by 15 seconds variation (mountain climbers or pulses) with 15 second rest after every 45 seconds.

3 rounds!

The difference on the 3rd (last) round.... combine straight leg abs to alternating straight leg abs and finish with 15 seconds high knees!

Make sure you have a stable surface, small space to move up and down, grab a bottle of water, and lets work our whole body!

You will feel amazing and it’s just 20 minutes!!
