Hello everyone!

Burpee HIIT workout 10 minutes!

Here we go for a quick full body blitz of burpee breakdowns with a twist!

The exercises are as follows for 20 seconds on and 20 seconds rest, 3 compete rounds and you are done!

Push ups wide to narrow
Plank hops
1/2 burpee
Double knee jump
Push up burpee

Looks easy? I can confirm it is not!!!

Really push yourself within each 20 seconds so that you need and earned that rest!

I would suggest to everyone try or incorporate at least one higher intensity workout per week to help shed body fat, become stronger and really get that heart rate up!

I hope you all enjoy this and are as out of breath as I was!
