Ultimate Intense Abs and Glutes Workout in under 30 minutes with no equipment. Follow along with me.

Hello everyone!

Take 30 minutes of time to follow along to this ab and glute workout and you will be glad you did!

We are going to work through movements to work your entire core, glutes all angles and hamstrings. No weighted equipment, just a mat and a small space.

Each exercise is 30 seconds each. Once complete it’s straight onto the next!

The first 6 minutes are solely core and abs, followed by 14 minutes of glute focus and finishing with 7 minutes core and abs again.

Please ensure you adapt this workout to your level as are all different! Simply bend at knee and don’t come down to floor as far to reduce difficulty.

And remember ‘mind to muscle’ connection
throughout as you are trying to squeeze your core or glute muscles with every single rep!
