At Home Dumbbell Shoulder Workout
Hello everyone!
If you are wanting to target your arms, then shoulders is a must as they really provide shape and fullness. Training shoulders is so important to aid other training such as chest press, press ups, rows... the list goes on!
Today’s workout is one you can easily do at home with a pair of dumbbells.
The 8 exercises are all for 30 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between. Once yo complete a full round you then have 1 minute rest before starting the second and last round.
The exercises are as follows:
Arnold press
Shoulder press
Lateral raise
Lateral raise
Frontal raise
Frontal raise
Alternating Upright row
Steering wheel
Standing chest tricep extension
Partial lateral raises
As with any overhead movement or raises always keep knees soft and core tight. Just take your time, relax and focus on each movement individually. Pause when you need to as the timer is only a guide.
This is a quick and effective workout for you to try with the dumbbells you have at home!
