Another challenge!
This workout is focused on the rectus abdominis, commonly thought of as the ‘six pack’ that so many would like.
These exercises, combined with core workouts and reduction in body fat percentage all allow for the abs to be visible.
All of the ab exercises are performed on the mat. I have selected the following exercises so to minimise chances of any lower back aggravation. Just work through at your own pace. You will notice on the double leg toe taps I rest after every set of 10 to minimise stress increasing which could reach your lower back.
Table top crunch
Bottom half bicycles
Double leg toe taps
Butterfly crunch
Russian twists
Simply work thorough 50 reps per exercises and repeat for 4 sets in total!
I really enjoyed this whole workout and felt great after it!
