Hello everyone!

Here’s a quick follow along abs workout with no equipment at Home! This workout is a combination of standing abs and lying abs.

This will help strengthen, tighten and tone your abdominal muscles.

The exercises are performed for 30 seconds each then straight onto the next! We repeat the 5 exercises bringing us to the 5 minute mark!

Sit up
Hollow to alternating knee tuck
Standing single knee lift
Standing single knee lift
Standing alternating march

A few wee tips to bear in mind when performing these exercises:

Sit ups- try to use arms as momentum as little as possible, crossing arms over body usually works! You can tuck feet under bench or sofa or have partner to hold feet for extra assistance.
Knee lifts- try to use ab muscles to lift and lower the knee with control

This is a perfect routine to incorporate after a leg workout or post run!
