Today’s video is all about hitting the triceps! The back of the arms is an area many people wish to tighten and you can definitely hit them hard with certain bodyweight exercises! All you need is a chair!

This workout is only 12 minutes! And trust me, your arms will feel so tight after. You will also be hitting your shoulders and core throughout!
