20 Min Leg Workout | Glutes, Thighs & Core Bodyweight | Follow Along

Hello everyone!

Wanting to tighten your legs and pump blood into your booty? This workout is 20 minutes taking on the thighs, hamstrings, booty and core!

The workout is 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest in between each set before moving onto next exercise.

The exercises are as follows:

Squat
Alternating lunges
Lunge to knee lift
Lunge to knee lift
Side squat
Bulgarian lunge
Bulgarian lunge
Step up to rear lunge
Step up to rear lunge
Squat half reps

2 sets in total!!!

Simply grab a sturdy chair and let’s get started!!
