So much more than just chest & triceps, this upper body workout will strengthen & build muscle in your shoulders and core!
Those triceps will be trembling as we progress through this workout!
For this scorcher session you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17.5kg each and 9kg each!
The timer will be on for each superset 45 seconds of work per exercise, so a total of 1 minute 30 seconds each superset with 30 seconds rest inbetween each superset!
