Hello everyone!
This is a quick and targeted workout for the abdominal muscles and core with just one dumbbell!
The weight you use is completely up to your but bear in mind the plank hover at end can be challenging with a heavier weight!
The workout is 30 seconds of each exercise, complete 1 round then 30 seconds rest before beginning 2nd round.
1. Crunch
2. Leg lower
3. V sit
4. Russian twist
5. Pass through
6. Sit up with twist
7. Plank hover with rotation
8. Plank hover with rotation
Please remember to adapt exercises to your ability. Here are some adaptations to make to exercise if you would like to make them that little bit easier.
During leg lowers, bend knees and/or lower legs not so far down
During V sit, perform sit up then raise leg (or one leg at time)
Russian twists can be performed with feet on floor
Plank hover can be performed with no weight and still a great exercise!
