Here we go! Sweat session alright!! Real high intensity interval session with timer on for 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest!

Nearly all the exercises will be performed for 4 sets! But it’s only 20 seconds each so time goes quickly!

The first exercise is for 3 sets but I had a feeling I did 3 so we make up for it later with 5 sets of another exercise! Couldn’t miss out on those 20 seconds!

DIVER PUSH UPSTRAVELLING MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
LUNGE, LUNGE, SQUAT!

DEADSTOP PUSH UP BURPEES!

HIGH KNEES!

Dripping by the end of this!!

But feeling amazing!!
