3 minutes duration per complex,
2 exercises per complex,
1 goal… aim to not pause!!

Each complex is 3 minutes duration with 30 seconds rest inbetween!

For this sweaty challenge you will need a mat, bottle of water and maybe a towel handy!

BURPEES x20
ALTERNATING MARCHES x20

SIDE PLANK ROLLS x20 (x10 per side)
HIGH PLANK JACKS x20 (out & in=1 rep)

CHEST TO FLOOR BURPEES x20
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x50 (x25 per side)

SQUATS x20
SPRAWL TO SQUAT x10

DEADSTOP PUSH UPS x10
SQUAT JUMPS x20

ROTATION PUNCH x50 (x25 per side)
RAINBOW KICKS x20 (x10 per side)

ALTERNATING HAND TO FOOT REACH x50
HANDS AT HEAD SIT UPS x20

SPRAWL x10
1/2 BURPEES x20

Finisher: 1 minute mini complex!

PUSH UPS x5
HIGH KNEES x20

The sweat begin within the first complex! I loved the challenge of aiming not to stop but also being aware of my limits so that I can pace myself!
