At home Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift Workout & Tutorial.

Hello everyone!

This video is all about the Romanian Deadlift!

This exercise is a well-rounded movement to strengthen your whole posterior chain, great for your hamstrings to build muscle in your lower body and demands effort from your core to carry out movement correctly.

I have included a simplified tutorial indicating the key points and what not to do!

Romanian deadlifts can be used to strengthen weakened lower back under correct execution, however, don’t attempt this movement If you feel you not confident in the form required.

I hope you give the workout a go... it’s a great workout to really hit the back of the legs and you will be feeling great after!! Just remember flat back! And don’t aim too far with lowering that you separate those shoulder blades!
