Hello everyone!

This is a super back workout for you all to try at home as part of your weekly routine.

All you need is a small space and a pair of dumbbells.

Breakdown is 5 exercises, performed for 2 sets each and 15 reps per set. Rest period completely up to you of course but I suggest between 30 seconds and 60 seconds.

Exercises are as follows:

Bent over row Neutral grip
Bent over row supine grip
Single arm row
Pullovers
Renegade rows
