20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for this low impact, no jumping, high intensity session! Full body HIIT workout to really make those fast twitch muscles activate!

It is high intensity relative to you! You may perform at a slower pace or a faster pace than me...it’s your own session!! So long as you are feeling the power, speed and control of your body working hard. As I always say ‘You vs You’!!!

All you will need for this HIIT session is a bottle of water handy and mat for cool down!

Repeat each combination 4 times!

STEP BACK THRUSTER
LOW SQUAT TO ALT KICKS

PUSH UP TO ALT ARM LIFT
DIVER PUSH UPS

LUNGE TO RAINBOW KICK
LUNGE (same leg)

PUSH UP TO ALT SIDE PLANK
TWIST PUNCHES

CLOSE SQUAT TO ALT CURTSEY LUNGE
SQUATS

WALKOUT TO TRICEP PUSH UP
LOW ALT REVERSE LUNGE

LATERAL LUNGES
SQUAT TO RDL

Finisher:
CLOSE SQUATS 20 secs
1/2 REPS 10 secs
CLOSE SQUATS 20 secs

Those fast twitch muscle fibres will be working to help improve power and speed even though fatiguing quickly!
