Let’s go!!!! Total Tabata style session to get you working hard! The aim is to really up the intensity hiit workout, give it 100% during the 20 seconds and earn your rest! A full body, high intensity, bodyweight only workout to leave you feeling accomplished! Low impact alternatives provided... though these are not ‘low intensity!’

It is completely irrelevant what your pace is compared to others... what is important is that you challenge YOURSELF! And HAVE FUN! Feel proud for doing this!!

The timer will be on for 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest!

We simply complete each pair of exercises for 4 sets! It goes pretty quickly so won’t feel long as only 20 seconds each!

Repeat each pair x 4 sets!

Crouch to jump!
Crouch to extend

Skull crusher / tricep push ups
Burpees chest to floor

Plank tucks
Kick thrus

Rolling to push up
Plank leg march

Burpee w/ x2 lunges / jumps
Static lunge / jump (switch each set)

Alternating Pendulum plank
Pivot lunges / jumps

Plank ladder to push up
Kneeling to squat / jump

Finisher:

X1 minute BURPEES!

Absolutely finished for the days after this!!

Give it your best shot! And remember.... you SHOULD find it challenging!!!
