Here we go!! EMOM workout every minute on the minute but a little bit different!! Only 6 sets per combination instead of 10! We have 5 combinations to face involving exercises to challenge your muscles, improve your cardiovascular fitness level and test your determination!

The timer will be on for 1 minute for 6 sets! Once we complete each 6 sets, we then have 30 seconds rest before the next 6 sets of different exercises!

Any of the reps per exercise can be altered as you move through the workout! I would maybe suggest reducing the 2nd exercise so for example, 5 sprawls instead of 10 in the first combination or 10 squat jumps instead of 20 during the last combination!

CROUCH TO JUMP x20
SPRAWL x10

HANDS TO FLOOR BURPEES x10
DEADSTOP PUSH UPS x10

STATIC LUNGE x20
LUNGE TO SQUAT x15 (same side)
SWITCH SIDE EACH MINUTE!

1/2 REP BURPEE x20
TRICEP PUSH UPS x10

SQUAT BURPEE x10
SQUAT JUMPS x20

Remember, this is meant to be challenging! This is why I maybe only complete an EMOM literally a few times per year! You really need to be ready for it, particularly mentally!

And similarly, why I nearly always perform HIIT once per week. If I performed HIIT often, it wouldn’t be ‘high intensity’ for me!

30 minutes! And we have completed EMOM! I am sure toy will find it as challenging as I did… and you should!

The pace you go at or number of reps really is irrelevant compared to others! This is your challenge! Challenge yourself!!!
