Controlling of the dumbbells throughout whilst pushing through with an elevated heartrate is the set up in this high intensity session! Plenty of full body movements and also some exercises involving the upper and lower body combined to demand a lot of energy, focus and control! A lot of fun will there too!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 4kg each. I would recommend to use lighter weights for the higher intensity workouts as we are aiming for a slightly faster pace but still with perfect form!
The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds rest inbetween! Each exercise is performed for 2 sets!
There are some unilateral movements so we will simply alternate between sides each set!
